These files have an abrasive coating to help you prepare your parts for pre-polishing and finishing. The buff are available in fine size G10 which have the equivalence of grain 900 or 20um.

To ensure optimium use of tools, regular cleaning is recommended. This operation is quick and easy and significantly increases the service life of your buff files, as well as the finish quality of your work. Possible methods: ultrasounf, benzine, cleaning rubber/ paste.

To maximise the service life of your tools and the finish quality of the filed parts, use clean buff files for each new part, application or material.

The various buff file profiles have been designed to cover the maximum range of applications. The buff file profile can be customised using abrasive paper.
